Common issues in Dekipi Nova and how to resolve them
Troubleshooting
My message won't send
Check your connection
Make sure you have a working internet connection and try sending again.
Check for a usage limit message
If a message appears saying you've reached a usage limit, you'll need to wait until it resets. See Usage Limits.
Refresh the page
If nothing seems to happen at all, refresh the page and try again — your conversation history is saved, so nothing will be lost.
The response stopped partway through
You can stop Nova's response at any point by clicking the stop button while it replies. If a response stopped unexpectedly on its own, try sending your message again, or rephrase it slightly.
I see a banner saying the conversation is full
This means the conversation has reached its maximum length. Start a new chat to continue — see Usage Limits for details.
An artifact isn't showing up correctly
- HTML artifact looks broken in preview — try the Source tab in the artifact panel to see the raw code, or open it in a new tab for a full-size view.
- Panel closed on its own — reopen it anytime using the artifact chip under the message, or the pill in the top-right corner of the conversation. See Artifacts.
A connector isn't working
See the dedicated troubleshooting section in Connectors, which covers connection errors, expired credentials, and OAuth login issues.
I can't sign in
Make sure you're using the same account you normally sign in with. If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble with your account itself, see the Account documentation.
Still stuck?
If none of the above helps, reach out to [email protected] with a short description of what happened, and we'll help you sort it out.
