Getting Started with Dekipi Nova

What is Dekipi Nova?

Dekipi Nova is a chat application that lets you talk with an AI assistant using plain language. Think of it like having a conversation with a smart assistant that can understand and respond to your questions in natural language.

How to Use Dekipi Nova

Open the application

Go to nova.dekipi.com and sign in.

Start a new chat

Click New chat in the sidebar, or just start typing — a new conversation is created automatically the moment you send your first message.

Type your message

Enter your question or request in the message box at the bottom of the screen.

Send

Press Enter or click the send button. Nova's reply streams in as it's written, so you can start reading right away.

Understanding the Interface

Chat window — where your conversation with Nova happens.
Sidebar — lists your past conversations so you can reopen them anytime. You can collapse it to give the chat more room, or open it as a drawer on mobile.
Message box (composer) — where you type and send messages. Press Shift+Enter to add a new line without sending.
Stop button — appears while Nova is replying, in case you want to interrupt it partway through.

Tips for Better Conversations

Be specific. The more detail you give, the more useful the answer. Instead of "write an email," try "write a short, friendly email to a coworker asking to reschedule tomorrow's meeting."
Ask follow-up questions. Nova remembers the conversation, so you can say "make that shorter" or "explain the third point again" instead of repeating yourself.
Share a link or paste text. If your question is about a specific article or piece of text, include it — Nova can read a web page for you automatically if you share a URL. See Web Search & Reading Pages.
Let Nova know if something's off. If a reply isn't quite what you wanted, say so — clarifying what you'd like instead usually gets you a better result on the next try.

Troubleshooting

Slow or stuck responses — check your internet connection and try again. See Troubleshooting for more.
Unclear answers — try rephrasing your question or adding more context.
Message wouldn't send — you may have reached a usage limit. See Usage Limits.
